This website is operated by UK Dancewear. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to UK Dancewear.
These Terms of Service set out the terms that apply when you access our website or purchase products from us.
Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Delivery Policy.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

3. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.
After placing an order, you will receive an electronic acknowledgement. Acceptance of your order and formation of the contract between us will take place when your order is accepted by us.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- A product is unavailable.
- There has been an obvious pricing or product-information error.
- We are unable to obtain authorisation for payment.
- We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity.

Purchases made through UK Dancewear are made from UK Dancewear, not Shopify.
