Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days of being placed.

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During busy periods, product launches or seasonal peaks, processing times may be slightly longer.

UK Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days
  • Express Delivery: 1–2 working days (where available)

Free Delivery

We offer FREE UK Standard Delivery on all orders over £50.

  • Free delivery is automatically applied at checkout when your order total reaches £50 or more after any discounts have been applied.
  • No discount code is required.
  • Orders below £50 will be charged the applicable delivery rate shown at checkout.

Please note that delivery promotions may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Lost or Missing Parcels

We will work with the courier to investigate the issue and keep you informed throughout the process.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the packaging and items received.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
